The heat metering coupled with thermo regulating climate provides significant savings on monthly heating costs

The installation is very simple and intervention, even if it requires skilled technicians, it is fast and does not require masonry work or wiring. The latest generation metering systems have within them a radio transmitter that allows you to take meter readings from the outside of the property.

 Adjustment of the thermal power plant. To adjust the pressure variations caused by the opening and closing of the thermostatic valves and avoid consequent hiss and noise that occur in some cases, it is recommended that the installation of a central heat pump with variable pressure. Alternatively, for smaller installations, it is sufficient to install a pressure relief valve.

 Division of costs. The reading of consumption is normally done once a year at the end of the winter season, sharing communal expenses of heating between the housing units in proportion to the value measured by heat meters. A minor part of the expenditure at the discretion of the condominium, may continue to be divided according to the criteria thousandths, to compensate for common costs and heat loss of the heating system
