The survey results, called simply "The real estate in Italy," were presented at a recent conference in Rome.

It is therefore no coincidence that it comes with great frequency (though now a purely theoretical) of a deep revision and adaptation of land, whereas land values are determined various taxes, including the ICI.
Another information is particularly interesting: homeowners declare around to hiring 2.8 million, and another million families live in public housing. Yet families who claim to be 4.3 million in rent are: easy to understand, therefore, that at least half a million of the leases is now totally unknown to the tax authorities.
